We are now on the cusp of the "Energy Revolution".  Energy efficiency and environmental responsibility has gone mainstream and the word "Green" is suddenly everywhere; so what exactly is a "Green Building"?

A true Green Building consumes less energy, less water, is built with less material, ulitizing environmentally friendly products,  in a way that preserves indoor air quality, and protects the natural environment.  These goals are achieved through the application of modern building science techniques. 

There are several NC State and Nationally recognized Green Building programs; all requiring third party inspection, testing, and approval.  Ron DeSimone Contracting, LLC is an Energy Star Partner, a National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Professional, and a participant in the North Carolina Healthy-Built Home program.
